Reclaim of candidate's certificates of qualification and publications

Candidates may collect the certificates of qualification and publications which were submitted for this call 90 days after the classification results (graduatorie) was published and within 2 months from this date. Only where a dispute has arisen this rule may change.

Candidates may collect their documents at the Graduate School.

Candidates, on request, may have their documents sent via post at their own expense.

Five months after the publication of the classifications results, the University will no longer be bound to return the above-mentioned documents.
