Reduced university fees
Fees reduction based on income situation
University tuition and fees due for the academic year 2012/2013 may be reduced if the student’s income situation justifies it, as defined by the ISEE ('Indicatore della Situazione Economica Equivalente', Indicator of the Equivalent Financial Position) certificate.
The ISEE is an instrument used to measure the actual property and income position (financial standing) of citizens who apply for social services under favourable terms and is determined by combining and evaluating three elements: income, property and household composition.
There are eight levels of university tuition and fees based on the ISEE value:
|Level||ISEE value range||University fees |
|1||from EUR 0.00 |
to EUR 8,499.99
|2||from EUR 8,500.00 |
to EUR 13,499.99
|3||from EUR 13,500.00 |

|4||from EUR 18,500.00 |

EUR 154,62 must be added to the amounts listed above (EUR 140.00 for the regional tax for the right to study + EUR 14.62 for the tax stamp).
Note: The amount of the regional tax for financial aid has been increased by Regione Veneto to Euro 140,00 in compliance with D.Lgs. 68/2012, by written notice on July, 31st 2012. The difference with the previous amount (Euro 111,00) corresponding to Euro 29,00 will be charged along with the second instalment.
