Sala Marino Berengo
The Gothic window with multiple mullions of the Sala Marino Berengo, which is situated over the water portal of Ca’ Foscari, opens the facade of the Ca’ Foscari Palace on the first floor. The room offers an extraordinary view of the Grand Canal, a vista which has been immortalized in many paintings by Canaletto or Guardi.
The stunning room’s lighting is characterised by rhythmic sequence of light and shadow created by the columns and the elegant metal window frames.
The large hall is furnished with tables arranged in a horseshoe shape and has 23 places equipped with microphones. It is suitable for congresses, meetings, press conferences, and training courses, but it lends itself to other types of events as well.
