Educational Goal:
The course aims to teach students the fundamental principles of modernprivate law and the foundations of legal principles needed tounderstand the regime of private legal relations.
Contents:
Modern legal systems. Sources. Structure of legislation. Legalinterpretation. Rights of legal persons. Holders of rights. Naturalperson and jurical person. Family law. Law of succession. Donations. Legal goods. Legal instruments and actions.Realty, private property and ownership. Obligations. Execution, nonexecution and contract responsability. Freedom of transfer of goods.Contract (creation, validity and invalidity, enforceability andunenforceability; execution, resolution). Standards contracts. Consumer contract. Civil responsibility and tort. Other obligations sources. Protection of rights.
