Educational Goals

The course includes 30 lessons; it has the propouse to supply students of general notions about criminal law in function to learn laws concerning business criminal law and criminal law of financial markets, (like it has been modified by D.Lgs 11.04.2022 n. 61 and by l. 28.2.2005 n. 262).

Contents

Criminal law.
Main principles of the criminal law.
Costitutional principles and Convention on the human rights.
The sources of the criminal law.
The effectiveness of criminal law: the territorial principle.
Crime notion and its consequences.
Criminal, civil and administrative damage.
Differences between crime and fine.
Extinction causes of crime and pain.
The crime structure.
The security measures.

In the special section of the course will be studied social and bankrutp crimes. The criminal protection of the financial markets.
