THIS IS THE COURSE'S SYLLABUS VALID 12 FORMATIVES CREDITS (60 HOURS).
Modern legal systems. Sources. Structure of legislation. Legal interpretation. Rights of legal persons. Holders of rights. Natural person and jurical person. Family law. Legal goods. Obligations. Execution, nonexecution and contract responsability. Legal instruments and actions.Realty, private property and ownership. Liberty of contract and circulation of property. Contract (creation, validity and invalidity, enforceability andunenforceability; execution, resolution). Standards contracts. Consumer contract. Civil responsibility and tort. Other obligations sources. Law of successions. Donations. Protection of rights.
