LLP/Erasmus Placement

The Library of Language Sciences offers work experience for students from abroad, within the Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP) Erasmus Placement.

Erasmus Placement provides for the students the possibility of carrying out a traineeship period at public or private companies, education centres, research centers or other organizations in one of the partner Countries (the 27 EU member Countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Turkey).

The duration of the Erasmus Placement traineeship shall be of 3 or 12 months. For more information, please click here.

The internship in the Library Language Sciences consists in processing of collections, arranging, describing, preserving, and cataloguing documents, updating library resources (included the Library of Language Sciences Internet website and the Linguistic Electronic Archive Lear), developing print and electronic user guides, and providing assistance with reference services. 

We welcome applications from students with a good knowledge of Italian and English, and a background in linguistic studies. Computer skills are necessary.
