Changes to the original proposed Learning Agreement - International Exchange Outgoing Student

Exchange students must complete the Learning Agreement before leaving and have it signed by the Head of Studies and by the International Mobility Office. In case of changes to the original proposed study programme, exchange students must fill the appropriate form (Changes to original proposed Learning Agreement) and have it signed by the relevant professor and by the International Mobility Office.
