Ca' Foscari 1868-2018, waiting for the 150th anniversary

In 2018 Ca’ Foscari University of Venice will celebrate its 150 years and there are only a few months left before the celebrations of 150 years of the university’s history.

From the “Regia Scuola Superiore di Commercio” (Royal Superior Business School) that was founded in 1868 to Ca’ Foscari University of Venice: we will rediscover histories, faces, stories of our 150 years and will launch initiatives, encounters, analyses to celebrate the anniversary of Ca’ Foscari and its students, professors, researchers and staff.

In anticipation of the complete programme that will be published on the university’s website shortly, here is the logo for the 150th anniversary!

Chosen from among 300 logos submitted by graphic designers from all over Europe, the logo sent by Chiara Apollonio, Ludovica Lorenzelli and Elena Caltarossa was selected for its fresh and colorful take on our university, which perfectly represents the fresh dynamism of our university.
