Elections for the Academic Senate on the 20th and the 21st of June

The mandate of the current representatives of the academic community expires 30 September 2017. Academics, technical and administrative staff, independent collaborators and language assistants are called to vote for new representatives. 

Who are we voting for?

12 representatives of the academic faculty. All must be tenured and at least 4 heads of their respective departments. 
3 representatives of technical and administrative staff, independent collaborators and language assistants.

Where?

Staff can vote in any of the following locations:
Rio Nuovo - Aula 7, Dorsoduro 3861, Calle Larga Foscari, Venezia (first floor) 
Malcanton Marcorà - Sala Giovanni  Morelli, Dorsoduro 3484/D, Calle Contarini, Venezia (ground floor)
San Giobbe - Sala Experior c/o Polo della Ricerca e dell'Innovazione, Cannaregio 873, Venezia (ground floor, close to the cafè in the rooms where the University President's office was previously).
Campus Scientifico Via Torino - Sala Conferenze Angelo Antonio Orio Gabriele Zanetto, Via Torino 155, Mestre (basement).

When?

Tuesday 20 June: 9:00-17:00
Wednesday 21 June: 9:00-17:00

How? 

You must vote in person at one of the designated locations. There is no system in place to count postal votes. 

Academic staff vote twice: 
To elect a head of department (from a list of 8) 
To elect a representative for the academic community (from the entire list of candidates).

Technical and administrative staff, independent collaborators and language assistants vote once to elect a representative.
