On December 15th, Ca’ Foscari inaugurates the Center for women's leadership

How can gender affect leadership and which skills may be specific to women in this sense? How many women have a leadership work position in Italy and in the world?

Women’s leadership is a topic that is still being developed and holds many unexplored or unexpressed opportunities.

For this reason Ca’ Foscari University of Venice will launch LEI - Center for women’s leadership on December 15th: the project coordinated by the university Career Service aims at enhancing women’s leadership and social and economic role in the work context.
