How to apply

Applications are NOW OPEN!

The sooner you apply the sooner you will receive the admission letter if you pass the selection process.

FIRST STEP: Registration Deadline 31st March 2018

Please complete the online application form.

Once you press the "submit" button, the completed form will be forwarded electronically
to the Summer School organizers and you will receive a copy of it as receipt by e-mail.

If you do not receive the receipt by e-mail or if you have problems with the online application form please contact us at:  green.chemistry@unive.it

Applications may be rejected for any of the following reasons:

  1. received after the deadline;
  2. incomplete or incorrect;
  3. missing attachments;
  4. false information.

SECOND STEP: Selection and Admission

Students will be selected to attend the School on merit base up to a number of 60. The selection process will be carried out by the Scientific Committee and students who have been admitted will be directly informed via email by the Organizing Committee.

THIRD STEP: Confirmation and Payment Deadline 31st May 2018

Students who have been admitted to the Summer School must confirm their place within 31st May 2018.

Students must fill out the online acceptance form (which will be made available after the selection process) in order to:

  1. Confirm their participation in the Summer School
  2. Send receipt of payment – € 610,00 (€ 500,00 + VAT 22%).

Should a student not confirm their place by the specified deadline, students on the waitlist will be contacted.

Data protection and access

Personal information must be provided by candidates when requested (Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003).

In compliance with current legislation (Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003), personal information will be processed on paper or in electronic form, and will be shared with external parties where strictly necessary for carrying out institutional activities.

Candidates shall be guaranteed access to the records concerned, in accordance with Italian Law (241/1990) and subsequent amendments.
