Inaugurazione CONNECTED - Hello Machine

CFZ - Cultural Flow Zone, Zattere al Pontelungo, Dorsoduro 1392, Venezia

CONNECTED programme includes an artwork by Rachel Hanlon - media archeologist -called HELLO MACHINE and a series of artscience workshops gravitating around the interactions and communication between humans to humans and humans to machines. HELLO MACHINE consists of an old fashioned landline telephone ringing from time to time. If you answer the call you will talk to someone from another HELLO MACHINE in the world! Telephones by Rachel Hanlon are located in Australia, USA, Japan, Ireland and Austria.

CONNECTED will open on Jan. 17 and close on April 7, and it will be located in multiple sites at Ca' Foscari and at other important museums in Venice and Mestre (CFZ, Ca' Foscari Scientific Campus, Fondazione Querini Stampalia onlus, M9).
