The course aims at studying the legal environment of international business, analysing subjects, sources of law and means to solve international commercial disputes. In particular, students will deal with sales contracts and the carriage of goods and focus on International and regional trade law (GATT law and the WTO, laws governing access to foreign markets, North American Free Trade Law, The EU). The course will provide the opportunity to tackle some challenging topics like issues of environmental law, the regulation of the competitive environment, the fight against money laundering and the regulation of foreign direct investments.
Basic notions of international law.

- International business law: sources, subjects of law, resolution of disputes, business and human rights.
