Course objectives
Basic knowledge of archaeology and history of Greek art from the Archaic to the Hellenistic period.
Contents
Introduction to the history of Greek art and architecture in Archaic, Classical and Hellenistic ages: art, architecture, town-planning.

Assessment methods
The exam is in written form: for the students that attend the course the exam consists of 5 questions on the lecture notes and on the handbook. For the students that do not attend the course, the questions concern the two recommended handbooks. A basic knowledge of the history of Greek art and architecture, a correct terminology and an updatad methodology are requested.
