The change in the welfare system has increased the number of social and health service providers. These providers act independently and contribute to producing social policies. This complexity has undermined the built governance processes designed during the second part of the last century. The course give a critical analysis of present governance processes and the competences useful for managing innovation of social policies governance in a complex welfare system

The test will have six open questions about the community planning theory. The students should answer questions about network governance and the Local planning processes
Attending students can give part of the exam presenting a short paper about analysis of local planning
The course use active teaching and the students will test the knowledge and competence learned
- Analysing a local social planning. This analysis let the students to recognise the regulation processes used in planning processes
- Designing a part of local social planning in coherent way with the theoretical process studied
