The course aims to provide students with the tools to describe and analyze the agroindustrial system having in mind the growing globalization and regionalization of markets.
A significant part of the course will be devoted to the efficiency of farms, evaluated through different methodological approaches and corporate decisions. Within the supply concentration forms, wide space will be paid to the cooperative company, as vertical and horizontal integration tool. In view of the growing integration of the agricultural sector with other sectors, of the strategic objectives of food security and food safety and the importance of agricultural activities in the environment, territory and society, the topics addressed will take into account economic dynamics, disciplinary approaches and existing laws
