Students will use indicators in order to analyse or to design the innovation elements in the projects. If students present already existent projects they should highlight their strengths and weaknesses; if they design a new project, presenting students should argue about its efficacy and sustainability in the long term (other students will be asked to discuss the presentation).
Students should have a basic knowledge of the functioning of the welfare state and of the main social policies.
