NEGOTIATION ENGLISH-ITALIAN 2

This course is part of the Bachelor’s Degree in Cultural and Language Mediation, it aims to give theoretical and practical knowledge to be able to act as a dialogue interpreter. It is integrated by the corresponding corso di esercitazioni di trattativa.
The goals of the course are: knowing and understanding Italian and English, imprving knowledge of the main modes of interpreting and the corresponding fundamental principles, improving the techniques and strategies of dialogue interpreting IT-EN with a special focus on international trade and business, knowing the basic theoretical and practical principles of translation and interpreting and the professional elements of interpreting, knowing the technological and terminological tools and databases to be able to translate and interpret, knowing the translation equivalents to be applied in different contexts and text types, knowing the social and cultural aspects of the languages they work in.
