Da gennaio 2014 impegnata in OMP Engineering, con mansioni eterogenee di matrice gestionale e commerciale. Alla mia figura converge il coordinamento ed il controllo delle attività logistico-commerciali e di strategy. Curo le trattative con i clienti direzionali ed istituzionali, in particolare con i diversi enti facenti parte del Ministero della Difesa e delle ONG e gestisco i processi afferenti le singole commesse.

From January 2014, I have been developing both management and sales tasks in OMP Engineering. I have been coordinating issues regarding logistics and sales activities, as well as strategy ones. Taking care of customer relationship management is also part of my job and it is mainly addressed to MoD and NGOs clients. Moreover, I have been taking care of operations matters for several contracts and tenders.

The main objective of the project is to craft and experiment new types of actions in order to increase companies' competitiveness. Promotion of active relationship among actors, based on products and services development and social innovation is an essential characteristic of the project and it is assured also through training courses for young graduated startuppers.
