Participation in projects

 

2018 – Present            Research Assistant (Co.Co.Co.) within ERC-funded project DiGe - Ethnobotany of divided generations in the context of totalitarian regime and its breakdown (ERC-2016-STG – ERC Starting Grant). Project leader: Renata Sõukand (Ca’Foscari University, Italy)

2014, 2015, 2017        Research Assistant within fieldwork team at Chukotka, Russia, within NSF grant ‘A Comparative Study of the Medical Ethnobotany of the Chukchi and Naukan Yupik of Siberia and the Central Alaskan Yup’ik (Award# 1304612)’. Project leader: Kevin Jernigan (University of Fairbanks, USA).

2016                Independent researcher, KB Strelka. Implemented preliminary research and composed a report ‘Event map of Saint-Petersburg’.

2015 – 2016    Research Fellow at the Centre of Applied Research, European University at Saint Petersburg within the project ‘Young generation of a Northern Russian mono-industrial town’, funded by JSC MMC Norilsk Nickel.

2009 – 2011    Proofreader, Editor at RAS Institute for Linguistics Studies: digital processing and translation (Russian to English) of a card index for the Siberian Yupik-Russian-English dictionary within the NSF grant ‘IPY: Documenting Alaskan and Neighboring Languages’.
