  • In charge of supporting the biennial research project of the Venice Port Authority.

  •  I supported the research team on behalf of Banca Unicredit. The research ended in December 2018 with a final presentation event of the report "Human Capital: Best Practices in the Italian North-East" which involved over 60 leading SMEs.

VENICE INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY

  • Venice: March 2018 – March 2019
  • I conducted research on behalf of Municipality of Milan and contributed to the final report "Innovazione economico sociale per la rivitalizzazione delle periferie milanesi". In particular we focused on the study of incubators, accelerators and co-working spaces that are revitalizing global cities such as: London, Paris, Barcelona, New York, Detroit and Mexico City.

  • Made an assessment of the company, products, clients and competition
  • Analyzed the sales of the last three years, identifying the products with the highest margins
  • Provided strategic advice to increase the firm turnover in consistency with the brand values and presented through a 60 slides. We came up with the "Babled capsule edition", a mechanism for selling products targeted to an online audience of Millennials

  • Co-Founder of MadeUp IoT Solutions

  • Made Up is a B2B platform that, through a Nfc tag inserted into the product or a QrCode, enables the traceability of the product
  • Distinguished from over 800 business ideas to contribute to the three-month program startup acceleration of H-farm ventures
  • Assisted the technical team to define and expand the software through Design Thinking approach
  • Solidified and finalized a commercial partnership with a manufacturer of labels (an Italian SME), which generated more than 30 B2B prospects in a year
  • Presented and pitched more than 260 times in two years to wide ranging audiences (from the CEO of SMEs to an audience of investors)
  • Attended and contributed to trade fairs in Italy, Spain, and Germany
  • The platform was acquired by a leading Italian furniture manufacturer

My academic growth path is the result of the passion of people who have dedicated their lives to the education of youngs. This path started in the Cinto Euganeo primary school district which gave education to children who later have became researchers and professors.
