In the halls and rooms of Ca' Foscari today voices of kids could be heard, instead of the ones of professors. This is the 23rd edition of 'Kids to work with mom and dad' promoted by the newspaper Corriere della Sera. About fifty kids (between 6 and 12 years old) could visit the buidling and their parents' offices, and spend a special day with music and snacks in the Ca' Foscari courtyard.

A scheduled visit of the building and offices until 10am opened the day. The kids were then welcomed to the courtyard by the Rector of Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Michele Bugliesi, who mingled with them and brought them to the Rectorate's room, to his office and to the incredible view offered by the Ca' Foscari balcony.

The kids and their parents were then given a special tour by Ca' Foscari Tour along the most beautiful rooms of the main building.

Finally Cantiere Ca' Foscari Theater and students of the University entertained the kids with hip hop and percussion in a long snake that unraveled in the main courtyard. Clearly satisfied kids and their parents celebrated with a snack all together.

The day is part of the "Audit famigliaelavoro" (Family and Work Audit), aimed at supporting policies for a work-life balance to respond to the needs of the staff and their families.
