QS 2022: Ca' Foscari ranked in 13 subjects

Ca’ Foscari University of Venice is once again listed in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2022, one of the most influential university rankings worldwide, with 13 subjects included. The most impressive achievement is in Classics & Ancient History, where Ca’ Foscari ranks 36th worldwide, thanks to its international reach. 

In the wider subject area “Arts & Humanities”, Ca’ Foscari is ranked 118th in the world and 4th in Italy, thanks to its excellent results in Modern Languages (61st worldwide and 3rd in Italy), History (among the best 150 universities worldwide) and Linguistics (among the best 200 and 2nd in Italy), Classics and Ancient History (36th worldwide).

The university has also risen in Archeology, ranking among the top 150 universities worldwide and coming in 5th in Italy.

In the “Social Sciences & Management” area Ca’ Foscari ranks 1st in Italy for Hospitality & Leisure Management. Economics & Econometrics is ranked among the best 200 worldwide and 5th in Italy. Accounting & Finance is in the top-300, while Business & Management Studies is in the top-400. Another novelty is that Law is ranked among the top 200 courses worldwide. The Information Technology and Chemistry courses are also numbered among Ca’ Foscari’s results.
