A new excellent result for our University: the European Commission has approved - with a score of 100/100 - all the proposals made by Ca’ Foscari for the European Charter for Higher Education (the programme that supports Erasmus+ activities among universities) regarding the 2021/2027 seven-year period.

The Ca’ Foscari project for the new ECHE was presented in may 2020, with the approval of former Rector, prof. Michele Bugliesi, and of the Vice-Rector for International Relations, prof. Tiziana Lippiello.

The European Commission has shown great interest in Ca’ Foscari’s goals and in the actions that it will implement in the next few years in favor of student mobility: and increased digitization and simplification of all processes, as well as the development of virtual and blended mobility experiences, a higher level of inclusion for participants and a particular attention to environmental sustainability.

Ca’ Foscari will also pay particular attention to the choice of its partners, following strict quality standards, and to the mobility agreements for staff and faculty members, as a way for them to receive a formal recognition in their professional life, while for students, Ca’ Foscari will work to offer them a formal acknowledgment in the form of  University Credits for thesis research activities carried out during the mobility period.

The digitization process will also involve the promotion of civic responsibility among participants and the use of the Online Learning Agreement, the Erasmus App and the European Student Card.
