Postdoc researcher at ECLT 

Short Bio

Hebatallah is a postdoc researcher at the ECLT developing research on deep learning techniques for information extraction from knowledge graphs. She received her PhD in 2019 from Roma Tre University under the supervision of Prof. Alessandro Micarelli. She has been a visiting PhD student at the ADAPT centre in Trinity College Dublin under the supervision of Prof. Joeran Beel. In 2020 she has been awarded a fellowship for a postdoc at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano collaborating with Prof. Werner Nutt. She received her MSc degree in Computer Science from AASTMT, Cairo, Egypt in 2015, and her BSc in Computer Science from Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt in 2007. From 2008 to 2016, she was working as a Java developer and technical team leader at HP, Telepin and Huawei in Cairo, Egypt.

Research Themes

Her research interests include machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing and recommender systems.
