It is becoming increasingly clear that the regeneration of the economic and social fabric will be achieved through innovative changes. While in the past, innovation was considered to be something that is developed within academic research environments or in laboratories of large businesses, nowadays more and more economic actors are understanding how much it is also determined by widespread, transversal cooperation within the system, intercepting new spaces and needs in the roadmaps of economic and social life on the international and global stage.
This Master’s in Strategic Social Innovation Management aims to intercept this widespread perception of inevitable participatory evolution that characterises public and private corporate management in an efficient and effective way, thereby proving to be a successful model for years to come.

Professional profiles

This Master’s aims to train strategic social innovation managers who can integrate processes, such as the creation of ideas, planning, assessment and business with financial research components.
They will specialise in the assessment and creation of multi-stakeholder partnerships for projects and businesses that aim to create a shared value across the region.
The adopted teaching environment and methods aim to:

  • promote interaction among the students and the cross-fertilisation of their reciprocal knowledge and skills, in a study environment of best practices.
  • create a fruitful interaction between the scientific managerial training, the ethical/humanistic training and the technical understanding of professions, which will help to create a study centre to deal with the issues of business and social innovation in the world of work.

This Master’s is aimed at professionals in private businesses and institutions, public companies and bodies, or non-profit companies and associations and foundations which understand the strategic dimension of this participatory path towards development and innovation, given that they hold roles of responsibility (now or in the future) and wish to stimulate the development of their own professional career in the following areas: Governance, Management, Planning, Strategy, Human Resources, Communication and Marketing, Innovation and Development, Sustainability and CSR.
