Master's website

This Professional Master's Programme teaches students about international business and tax law by analysing the economic structure of the main operations and legal issues involved in this area.

The perspective is that of international and European Union law, with a particular focus on tax and customs-related matters as well as the account presentation of the main international business operations. It adopts a global viewpoint to examine the various subjects and sources, international contract management, foreign direct investments, payment systems and the various techniques used to prevent and resolve disputes arising from these relations.

Moreover, it supplies those working in this sector with an array of tools for the analysis and management of foreign trade, legal instruments that are continuously examined and investigated in the light of the most recent literature and case law.
