The Master provides participants with an introduction to basic notions on constitutional and administrative environmental law, and equips them with the necessary tools to comprehend and master the disciplines on the subject.

Professional profile

Graduates of this Professional Master's Programme will be equipped for advisory and administration positions in Italian and European companies and for access to public administrations with decision-making power on environmental issues (such as Municipalities, Provinces, Regions, Arpa - Regional Agency for environmental protection, Consortia etc.). Moreover, in their role as environmental lawyers they will be able to offer legal and scientific support to groups, associations and private institutions dealing with environmental matters.

In particular, this Professional Master's Programme develops professional figures capable of handling judicial and extra-judicial disputes as well as environmental and land issues.
