BA Degree students, WELCOME H-OME!

A new Academic Year is ready to begin for our BA students!

Today was the first “day of school” for the new enrolled students, which had provide an overview of what their educational 3-year path will be at our Campus in Roncade.

Their morning started with a Welcome speech from Michele Bugliesi, Dean of Ca’ Foscari University, followed by a presentation by Carlo Carraro, Head of H for Human Foundation and Anna Comacchio, Coordinator of the course. A team of fellow students from Year 2 made a special presentation, explaining what to expect from the #campuslife through an effective presentation showing our facilities, classes overviews and some useful tips.

During the lunch break students were involved in a workshop session for the first time all together: we like to call this activity "BA's got talent" and it functioned as a perfect team-building session to break the ice between each other.

After the teamwork, students took part in a lecture by Walter Quattrociocchi, Head of Laboratory of Data Science and Complexity at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.

The Welcome Day ended with a little party in the greenery of our “Serra”, where all teams presented their projects to a special Year 2 students committee.
