“As a student of H-Farm Digital Management Bachelor’s degree, I was provided with the opportunity to participate in the Kinnernet 2019 edition: an exclusive event which gathers experts of different industries from all over the world in one place. I had the opportunity to be part of Kinnernet and I can only thank the H-Farm team for having organized this fabulous event: some of the top minds in the world together to get to know each other and informally discuss the most relevant future challenges like climate change and the future of work. Kinnernet was a dynamic and engaging experience which inspired me with participants’ stories and talks. I believe that the real richness of this event lies in sharing passions, ideas and personal experiences with others. Indeed, I could find a mix of cultures and extravagant personalities exchanging tips about what they are most fond of, with such an intense passion and energy that I was impressed. Everyone wanted to learn more about others, often trying to see the same topic from the other person's point of view. This was so stimulating that I felt very engaged during afternoon sessions about climate change, education, decision making and digital health. Moreover, this event gave me the possibility to think about how people could live and work for a better world and I came to the conclusion that it could be done only with three ingredients: being passionate about what you do, by sharing ideas with others and being open-minded, like all people in Kinnernet.

Kinnernet Venice 2019 was my first experience of this type, and I feel really grateful to have had the possibility to be part of it. I learnt a lot thanks to the sessions, I learnt that connections and network of people initially starts and consolidates from the personal connection between those people, I learnt what being truly inspired means and I learnt that experience and failure are good words because they are the best teachers. I had the chance to talk with many influential people, from journalists to venture capitalists, from neuroscientists to entrepreneurs: incredible people that taught me a lot!
