become a specialist in religious traditions and develop with a sound knowledge of socio-anthropological methodologies and of textual sources, languages, and historical events. This inter-university course is held at Ca’ Foscari and at the University of Padua

gain a deep understanding of the religions of the Mediterranean area, the Middle East, India and East Asia

develop skills in philology and linguistics that will be necessary when you read original texts; such skills will also enable you to make a critical assessment of sources and to gain a personal and informed understanding of religion

Notices

All students must fill in their study plan every year in order to register for exams. 

For the academic year 2021/2022, students enrolled in the first year can fill in their study plan from 27 July 2021. Students enrolled in the following years can fill in their study plans when their exam sessions in September are over (please refer to the academic calendar).
Study plans can be modified until 28th February 2022
