The Summer Guidance School “Choose your future!” is aimed for students in their penultimate and final year of study in Italian and international high school education.
For the 2017 edition there are 10 places specifically for international students.
The Summer Guidance School “Choose your future!” will take place from 3rd to 7th July 2017.
Five days to discover why you should choose Ca’ Foscari!
Direct experience and interdisciplinary activities will allow students to deepen their understanding of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice: workshops, visits to key cultural monuments and sites of the city, offering a taste of Ca’ Foscari University life.
Furthermore, don’t miss the cultural and social initiatives, moments of discovering the most fascinating places in Venice and meetings with student tutors.
The activities will begin in the morning of 3rd July 2017 and finish on 7th July 2017. Selected students will be hosted in the Canossiano San Trovaso Institute [IT]. The university will cover all costs of participation in activities, food and accommodation, insurance cover and functional methods of transport to the activities provided for 10 international students enrolled in an institute of secondary education. The University will not cover the costs of travel from the place of residence to the location of the activities in the program, as well as any personal expenses.

The higher institutes abroad that intend on taking part in the initiative must communicate the candidacies of the students they consider most deserving (maximum 2) through the candidacy form.
Students that are interested and want to put themselves forward for candidacy will be able to do so through the specific application form.
The candidacy must be completed by 15th May 2017.

Students chosen to participate in the Summer Guidance School will be selected by the Scientific Committee of the Summer Guidance School. The selection process will take into account the scholastic performance, as well as educational and extra-curricular activities presented in the CV, as well as the order of arrival of candidacy. The ranking list will be published online in the present web page in May 2017.
Chosen students must send their acceptance by the terms and in the process that will be indicated to them, together with the payment of €50 for the administrative fees. In the case of missing acceptances, the school will proceed with admitting students on the ranking list.
