What do you do in your job at the department?
I am mainly involved in research on the toxicity of biocompatible polymers and oncology drugs, support of biotechnology teaching laboratories, and assistance to PhD, postdoc and undergraduate students in my research laboratory.

Tell us something about your job that you feel has brought some benefit, even the smallest, to the community.
Working on the development and fine-tuning of oncology drugs is a task that involves various research groups both within our university and outside, such as the Oncology Reference Centre in Aviano. The synergy between the groups shows great commitment and passion for scientific research.

What is one aspect of your job that gives you great satisfaction?
Research is stimulating because, even when facing challenges, we must always respond with courage and tenacity. Good research requires not only financial resources and well-equipped laboratories, but also young, motivated, skilled people with a passion for science. Achieving results is not a goal, but always a good starting point.
