We are currently accepting applications for filling new volunteer roles.

This year, from 15 to 18 April 2026, Incroci di civiltà/Crossings of Civilisations Festival celebrates its 19th Anniversary as one of the leading and most successful Literature Festivals in Venice by welcoming the greatest international contemporary authors to the city.

Would you like to be more than just a spectator? Become a volunteer.
Volunteering at the Festival is a perfect way to become directly involved in the management and organization of events. Volunteers will also get the ideal chance to become acquainted with the international context of literary culture and meet publishing industry figures.

To become a volunteer, fill out the Volunteer Application and mail it together with your CV to: volontari.incroci@unive.it
Please note that all volunteer placements are dependent upon the submission of the Volunteer Application, that has to be filled out completely and accurately, and the CV.
All selected applicants must be willing to commit for the entire volunteering period.
