Summer School on AI-Driven Research and Innovation

The Summer School on AI-Driven Research and Innovation is a dynamic learning experience with leading speakers, hands-on team-building activities, and exclusive opportunities to connect with the business world.

Two days dedicated to PhD students in Engineering Physics and Materials from the Department of Molecular Sciences and Nanosystems. Thanks to numerous sponsors, they will have the opportunity to interact with experts and learn about innovative manufacturing practices in the sector.

The Summer School is organized by the PhD program in Engineering Physics and Materials and will be hosted at H-Farm, Roncade Campus, on June 29 and 30, 2026.

  • Federico Cabitza (Fondazione Bruno Kessler, Trento) "Do We Need Scientist AIs, or AIs for Scientists? Some Remarks on the Future of Research in the LLM Age, from an Interactionist".
  • Toma Tebaldi (University of Trento & Yale University) "Dissecting RNA dysregulation in human disease using AI and high-resolution omics".
