Biography
Dr Julia Caldicott is a dedicated advocate for bridging the gap between university and industry, making her an inspiring facilitator. As the lead Work Integrated Learning (WIL) academic for the Faculty of Business, Law, and Arts at Southern Cross University in Australia, Julia collaborates with diverse industry sectors to create meaningful experiential learning opportunities. She is also the Faculty Lead for the Principles for Responsible Management Education, working to align management education and research with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. Julia's passion for holistic career development and sustainable practices makes her workshops a valuable experience for any student looking to navigate their future career paths effectively.
