Steering committee

The Steering committee consists of representatives from the worlds of work, culture, and research, established to ensure ongoing representation of the stakeholders of one or more Degree programmes. Stakeholder consultation outcomes are considered when defining the objectives and educational profiles of the Degree programme.

The Degree programme Steering committee meets regularly, usually at least once a year, to evaluate the relevance of the educational programme and the employment prospects of graduates.

The Degree programme Steering committee is composed of the programme’s Teaching committee Coordinator, one student representative enrolled in the Degree programme (usually the student member of the Degree programme Quality Assurance group), and at least four external members chosen from among stakeholders.

The Steering committee of the Master’s degree programme in Conservation Science and Technology for Cultural Heritage is composed of representatives from the following companies/organisations:

  • Institute of Heritage Science of the National Research Council of Italy (CNR ISPC)
  • Società di diagnostica e progettazione Arcadia Ricerche srl (VE)
  • Louvre Abu Dhabi, Scientific Department
  • MAPEI - MI
  • MUNCH MUSEET, Oslo
  • La Sapienza University, Coordinator of the national Ph.D. programme in Heritage Science
  • Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Ca' Foscari representative for the national Ph.D. programme in Heritage Science
