I am a postdoc research fellow in the Venice School of Management (VSM) - Dep. of Management at Ca’ Foscari University, Venice, where I study trust in institutions and social media to learn more about digital citizenship in the framework of the EU Horizon SoMe4Dem.

My other research line, linked to the Ph.D. in Management I gained in 2023 here at VSM, is about organizing practices investigated through a post-anthropocentric perspective, with a special focus on plants. Specifically, I am studying living root bridges from the War-Jaintia indigenous groups in Meghalaya, North-Eastern India, as well as traditional vine-growing techniques in Italian vineyards.

This academic year (2023/2024) I am teaching the course "Advanced Management of no profit organization", a sector I've been working with since the beginning of my career.

I hold a bachelor’s in management for the arts at Bocconi University (2013) and a master’s degree in visual culture and curatorial studies at Brera Academy of Fine Arts (2016).

In 2020, I co-authored with Severino Salvemini and Arianna Riacciardi a book sketching the Italian Jazz festivals’ panorama, while in 2021, I co-edited with Luc Steels the book "Aqua Granda. A digital community memory" in the framework of the EU FET Open ODYCCEUS.
