Francesca Cimino is a post-doctoral researcher at Ca' Foscari University (Dpt. Philosophy and Cultural Heritage) in Sociology (GSPS-05) within the Horizon project MORE- Motivations, experiences and consequences of returns and readmissions policy: revealing and developing effective alternatives (2023-2026). She is a Lecturer for supplementary teaching activities in 'Qualitative and Visual Methods' (University of Padua, academic year 2024-2025).
Her areas of expertise include migration, human trafficking, gender-based violence, irregularised migrants, women migrants.
