We are pleased to welcome Miguel de la Riva as a Visiting Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Philosophy and Cultural Heritage (DFBC), Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.

Miguel de la Riva is a doctoral researcher at the Vienna Doctoral School of Philosophy, University of Vienna. During his stay at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, from September 2026 to February 2027, he will investigate, under the supervision of Dr. Matteo Vagelli, Paul Feyerabend’s lecture Wissenschaft als Kunst (Science as an Art), Feyerabend’s engagement with Alois Riegl, and the conceptual histories of Stil (style) and Weltanschauung (worldview), with a focus on style and pluralism in the history and philosophy of science.
