The aim is to analyse China-Italy historical relations during the 20th and 21st century, within the general context marked by the 50th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations (1970-2020) and by the development of the BRI strategy
A deeper understanding of the history of China-Italy relations and of the strategic relevance of the BRI project
A good knowledge of China's history, with particular reference to the modern and contemporary period
