The course is one of the educational activities characterizing the study program. Its objective is to provide students with the basic knowledge about the competitive scenario, the business areas and the strategic and organizational options in the bank sector.
Knowledge and understanding:
1) Knowledge and understanding of the competitive scenario;
2) Knowledge and understanding of the strategic options (corporate ans business strategies);
3) Knowledge and understanding of the organizational models (single entity, group).
Applying knowledge and understanding:
1) Ability to apply knowledge about the competitive scenario to the bank sector;
2) Ability to apply knowledge about strategies to banks;
3) Ability to apply knowledge about organizationa models to banks.
Making Judgments:
1) Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of bank strategies;
2) Ability to evaluate the consistency between organizional models and bank strategies;
3) Ability to evaluate the change in banks' competitive scenario.
