The course aims at providing an overview of the impact of new technologies on tourism, their relevance on the development of the sector, and how the main actors manage them.
At the end of the course the student will be able to identify and evaluate the most common technological tools for the promotion and management of tourist activities.
Basic computing knowledge (basic functions of the operating system, web browsing, e-mail, Office working suites, search engines).

The final (written) test consists of open-ended and multiple choice questions.
During the examination, students are allowed to have on their desk just a pen, a pencil, and a rubber.
