The course represents a continuation of the first part (advanced administrative law and electronic procedure I), it partly shares the themes above all as regards the activity of the public administration and the exercise of administrative power.
Unlike the first part, the lessons will take place starting from concrete cases derived from jurisprudential judgments chosen by the teacher. The student will be asked to participate in the discussion and to identify the legal issues that emerge from the proposed case and to treat them not individually as happens in a manual exhibition, but facing the mutual interrelationships.
Also the part relating to the electronic procedure will see the active participation of the student who will be called to exhibit and discuss with the teacher and colleagues one or more legal institutions drawn from the digital administration code and chosen by the studen
The student must know the notions of administrative law not only to be able to repeat them as in a traditional exam, but also to be able to use them in the face of concrete cases.
The student will be required to know how to approach new legal cases in order to assume the defense of one of the parties involved in a simulated judgment.

The student will be evaluated in all the moments of active participation in the course (discussion of case law, trial simulation, exposure and discussion of institutions taken from the digital administration code and from a written test of learning. Learning will be verified through a written test
