The course is among the basic ones of the degree course of Commercio estero.
The propose of the course is to give to students knowledge of fundamental legal principles of "diritto pubblico" and understand their function as regulation instruments of social economical environment. A deep knowledge of sources government instruments, as well as the knowledge of constitutional organs institutional roles, will be fundamental to this goal. Further more it's required a proper technical juridical language and the capability to well understand the human juridical relations within the institutional and normative referring system.
The propose of the course is to give to students knowledge of fundamental legal principles of "diritto pubblico", encouraging the progressive learning and critical understanding.
1. Knowledge and understandings
1.1 Knowledge of the Italian constitutional order and relations whit the european one.
1.2 Knowledge of the single legal institutions and institutional body object of the program of the course.
1.3 Knowledge of local authorities.

2. Ability to apply knowledge and understandings
2.1 Ability to recognize and handle sources of government instruments.
2.2 Ability to find the legal provisions applicable to a certain situation.

3. Judgment
3.1 Being able to interpret legal provisions.
3.2 Being able to identify, distinguish, relate different principles and legal provisions belonging to different sources of the multilevel system.

Introductory elements and concepts: legal system and constitutional law, the State and other systems, modern forms of State. Sources of the Law. Subjective legal positions. Government forms. The Republic code, the Constitutional branches. Regional and local autonomies. The Public Administration. The jurisdictional guarantees and the constitutional justice.
1. The reference book will be communicated at the beginning of the course.

MULTIPLE ANSWER TEST WITH SCORING ASSIGNED AGAINST CORRECT ANSWERS Written and optional oral exam.
The written test consists of 15 multiple-choice questions; 2 points are assigned to each correct answer. To overcome successfully the written test 9/15 right answers are needed. This is condition for admission to the optional oral test.
