This course is one of the basic courses in the Master’s degree in Management, and more specifically in Innovation and Marketing and is aimed at offering students a critical perspective to the study of innovation and design issues. In the second part, the course will focus on subjects connected with the CCIs as a field of investigation and theoretical discussion to re-frame radical and disruptive innovation. Through the analysis of designers, creative and artists, the second module will deeply discuss how to re-design a creative organization.
After completing the course, students will understand which are the main issues concerning the innovation strategies, the management of innovation decisions and the exploitation of innovative potential embedded in the firm. Students will also acquire a complete and solid perspective on innovation processes, analyzed in both their complexity and the variety of many contexts in which innovation is particularly relevant, especially in the context of cultural and creative productions.
