GENDERS, RIGHTS, EDUCATION ACHIEVEMENTS AND MANAGEMENT

The course presents the gender problem in the complexity of the current society.
The program is oriented to analysis of social and training policies for the promotion of gender, of equality and gender orientation.
The course presents the indicators of Article 5 of the 2030 Agenda and the 2017 OECD and ISTAT statistics on gender issues.

A) Knowledge and ability to understand gender language differences and gender mainstreaming

B) Educational practices, law, equal opportunities training and institutional devices learning

C) Critical analysis of cultural social and traditional stereotypes.

D) Communicative Skills: being able to communicate and discuss democratically and effectively on the subject.

Gender, difference, patriarchy, gender diversity, equality, mainstreaming

The course analyzes, at international level, gender and genre differences through the main philosophies and gender theories, the social, cultural and educational practices.

Particular attention will be given to the issue of plurality of genres to their organizations, their rights, and according to news, media and movies to bodily and communicative practices within social and cultural systems.

There will be displayed and studied four cultural and educational practices, to say: the gender pedagogy alongside formal, non-formal and informal stereotypes, the orientations within the systems of school choices and options (with Padoan Ivana);
the analysis of gender violence and the Istanbul Convention (with Sara De Vido- law); the proposal of a diversity organization also through the forms of gender evaluation inside public and private organizations (with Salvatore Russo - business economy); the proposal of institutional and organizational devices that promote gender equality within smart city system (with Maria Sangiuliano-Dais).
