Through the attendance at lectures and the study and analysis of the texts, the student acquires a solid knowledge of the normative framework in which the various economic agents operate, with particular reference to the issues related to the European Union public law.
The aim of the course is to provide the basic knowledge of European public law through the knowledge of the main institutions, their competences and their functioning. At the end of the course the student must be able to use the acquired knowledge in practice.
