The course presents an epistemological approach to knowledge processes in complex and global society and to educational and social action/training.
The institutional part of the course explores the dimension of complex society in relation to the living system, political-social, environmental, contextual system (Mauro Ceruti, Vaio, Appadurai, Morin, De Toni ...)
The monographic part, explores the dimension of systemic-relational knowledge and action, particularly the formation of epistemology and personal agency (Bateson)
a) Knowledge and capability of understanding of the system of complexity.
b) Knowledge and capability of learning of the of the relational system of knowledge and social action
c) Autonomy of judgment: ability to select, to analyze critically, to develop independently, to present support materials to improve the system of one's knowledge (personal epistemology)
d) Communication skills: ability to communicate and discuss effectively
e) Metacommunicative and metacognitive thinking skills
f) Self project skills: cognition autobiography, resilience, empowerment, competence, capabilities, agency.
